How do we know once we pay for the booking , it is Guranteed:
Once we have made a reservation for you, and you have paid for it, It becomes our obligation to provide you with what we have booked for you. In the unlikely event we are not able to provide you with that unit we will accommodated you in a similar unit. In the event of some unforseen circumstances that are out of our control, and after our best efforts , we are still not able to provide you with a place to rent, then in that case we will inform you in writing , in advance and refund your full monies.

When is a unit your's to count on:
Only after you have signed and sent a lease, and payment or payments are fully paid.:

How do we get our keys and check in details:
Most of our units have either electronic locks or a check in office where the keys will get picked. Details instructions will be sent to you by email. We do not mail out phisical keys.

Cancellation:
Once you have made a committment and paid for a unit and we have booked it for you, there is no cancellation provisions.

Maintenance :
We do provide maintenance on all the weekly rentals, For monthly rentals some maintenance and upkeep is your responsibility. Long term leases , renter will be responsible.

Are utilities included:
On weekly rental they are included, on monthly and long term - there are several variations, so when the lease is done , it will be discussed.

Legal Age to rent:
We will only rent to you if you are over 21, Otherwise lease will be in your parents name

Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information on our website from those we actually know are under 13, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 13.
